Launching this season, A Dose of Fun: The Wonder Show! is GableStage’s new theatre in hospitals initiative, created in partnership with FIU Theatre. This joyful, interactive production brings puppetry, music, and imaginative storytelling to children ages 5–13 receiving long-term and critical pediatric care across our community, beginning with a five-week residency at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital and Holtz Children’s Hospital.
Join us for a public performance and step into a world of adventure, where anything is possible and bravery takes many forms.
Audiences of all ages are welcome, and families are encouraged to attend.
This performance will take place at Florida International University’s Main Stage Theatre at the Wertheim Performing Arts Center (WPAC).

In the magical Realm of Wonder, a shy young chef is sent on a quest to make Dragon Soup before nightfall. Along the way, she meets knights, pirates, mermaids, and a not-so-scary dragon, discovering that bravery does not mean being fearless, it means trying anyway.
Packed with puppets, music, and interactive fun, The Wonder Show! invites young audiences to laugh, play, and use their imagination every step of the way.
